Q: How do I add a new download task?
A:Select "Add" from the"File" menu or click the accelerate button, then
input the URL of the file you wish to download. The URL format can be
"rtsp://..."," mms://...","http://...", etc.
Q: What type of streaming media can be downloaded by CoCSoft Stream
Down?
A: CoCSoft Stream Down supports RTSP, MMS, MMSU, MMST
and more.
Q: Does the program support download resume?
A: CoCSoft Stream Down now supports MMS download resume.
We'll add download resume support for other types in a new version.
Q: What can I do when I can't download?
A: If you find a URL you can not download with CoCSoft Stream
Down, please email us. We'll reply to you as soon as possible.

Q: Why does CoCSoft Stream Down no longer work?
A: CoCSoft Stream Down is a shareware. You can try
it for 15 days, with full function. After these initial 15 days, please
register the program to continue to use it.
Q: How many download tasks can run at the same time?
A: The default value is 3. This is enough in most cases.
Q: Where will the downloaded file be
saved?
A: The default is "C:\MyDownloads\" in your hard drive. You can change
this option by selecting "File > Property Tools" in the menu.
Q: How do I report program bugs?
