1. What's MMST?

MMS (Microsoft Media Services) was Microsoft's proprietary network streaming protocol. It was originally designed to transmit multimedia broadcasting, video, audio tracks and live broadcast through the Internet.

MMS can be transported via UDP(MMSU) or TCP(MMST). If the Windows Media Player client can not negotiate a reliable connection with MMS over UDP, it will attempt connection over TCP.

2. How to download MMST files?

1) Download and install "Cocsoft StreamDown";
2) Open a webpage that used mms protocol;
3) CoCSoft MSniffer will sniffer the file adress automatically and list it on the CoCSoft MSniffer dialog;

4) Select the file link you want to download and click ;
5) Then pop up the New Downloading dialog;

6) Click the button to start downloading;
7) Wait for the task completion.
